The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time

it is strange how something so simple can mean so many different things.
something like the sound of a train

when it is night time and you are alone in your room,

the sound of a train, is lonely.
when it is early morning and you are walking down the street, it is peaceful.
when it is sunset and you are out with a bunch of your friends, its adventurous.
and when it is daytime and you are driving in your car with the radio on, you hardly notice the sound at all.

everything has more than one meaning.
